The lithium battery is Dangerous Good for shipment by Sea and By air and they should be shipped under the regulation of UN3480. All EVL Batteries are packaged by DG plywood case and we provide UN38.3 test reports and MSDS. Packing:
1. Inner carton +epe, outer customized wooden box.
2. The battery is fixed with EPE and isolated for shock absorption to prevent it from moving in the package.
3. The outer package shall be lined (such as plastic bags) to achieve waterproof.
4. Lithium batteries are loaded on pallets to avoid strong vibration during handling.
5. The lithium battery loading container shall be reinforced, and the reinforcement method and strength shall meet the requirements of the importing country.
6. The specified lithium battery label and mark shall be posted on the package, and the lithium ion battery shell shall be marked with wh value. The label includes the UN code and the name of the goods,UN3480LithiumIonBatteries.
